摘要

如今,企业不断意识到,完美的产品质量不是通过制造来实现的,而是通过设计来实现的。因此,有必要从质量的源头入手。也就是说,产品质量必须从设计阶段就加以控制。田口法是提高设计质量最有力的武器。本文主要从波动理论出发,提出了产品质量的设计模型。为了减少公差,努力达到零缺陷,实现健壮设计是必要的。因此,三次设计(系统设计、参数设计和公差设计)正是达到上述目标的最有效途径。本文对实现三次设计的基本概念和原理进行了较为深入的探讨。

Robust design based on model of product design quality
