摘要

近年来,LED照明在空间应用方面做得很好,包括2007年在生物科学卫星上的舱内应用和2008年在航天器上的舱外应用,为中国宇航员的太空第一步发光。利用近年来发展起来的光谱方法,利用LED的发射峰移来表示灯内LED器件的结温,对组装LED灯的热性能进行了实验表征。LED结温的测量精度约为1K,可用于检测空间应用LED灯的热质量。
