MENINGKATKAN KEAHLIAN GURU DALAM MENETAPKAN KRITERIA KETUNTASAN MINIMAL (KKM) MELALUI WORKSHOP DAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DI SD NEGERI DELINGSENG
