To determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Village Office in Timoreng Panua, District of Panca Rijang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.Based on the results of the processing of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows, the influence of Organizational Culture (X.1) on Employee Performance (Y) is calculated t value 0.969 <t table = 1.680 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with a percentage of 54%. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)研究组织文化对拉邦县潘察里江区提莫伦帕努阿村办事处员工绩效的影响2)研究工作纪律对拉邦县潘察里江区提莫伦帕努阿村办事处员工绩效的影响3)研究组织文化和工作纪律对拉邦县提莫伦帕努阿村办事处员工绩效的影响西登连拉邦县潘卡里江区。抽样技术采用饱和抽样技术,共抽样46人。数据收集技术使用观察,访谈,问卷调查和文献研究。使用的定量数据分析技术是频率表分析和简单的回归分析与SPSS程序的帮助。根据使用SPSS 16.0 for windows进行多元线性回归分析的处理结果,计算出组织文化(X.1)对员工绩效(Y)的影响,t值0.969 t表= 1.680,显著性值0.000 <0.05,百分比为48%,可以说接受正假设(Ha),拒绝负假设(Ho)。
