The results show that competition teaching is better than traditional teaching in cultivating the core accomplishment of high school students' physical education; the improvement of sports ability is reflected in the improvement of lower extremity explosive power and competition ability; the improvement of healthy behavior is reflected in the promotion of learning interest and independent exercise; and the cultivation of sports moral character is reflected in teamwork, courage to fight and so on.
