В ходе развития психологической науки периодически обсуждается вопрос о роли и необходимости истории психологии как отдельной области. В статье рассматриваются основные подходы к проблемам истории психологии, значение философских оснований методологии науки на примере советской школы психологии. В системе высшего образования РА, в соответствии с требованиями времени, построение курса «История психологии» будет способствовать развитию профессионального мышления и компетенции. / During the development of psychological science, the issue of the history, role and necessity of the history of psychology as a separate field was regularly discussed. The article discusses the main approaches to the problems of the history of psychology, the importance of the philosophical foundations of the methodology of science, following the example of the Soviet school. In the system of higher education of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with the requirements of the time, the construction of the «History of Psychology» course will contribute to the development of professional thinking and abilities.
