Indah Bangunan Palu. This research is carried out by several steps such as: making the model transportation of obtained the data, determining the initial solution by the method of Least cost, and finding the optimal solution with Modified Distribution (MODI) method. The research results showed that an initial solution is 𝑅𝑝. 53.919.000 and the optimal solution is 𝑅𝑝. 53.756.000. On the other hand the transportation cost from the company before optimization is 𝑅𝑝. 62.126.000. This indicates that PT. 摘要
本研究的目的是在帕卢PT. Indah Bangunan Palu获得陶瓷配送的最优运输成本。本研究通过对得到的数据进行模型迁移,用最小代价法确定初始解,用修正分布法(Modified Distribution, MODI)找到最优解等几个步骤进行。研究结果表明,初始解为𝑅𝑝。53.919.000,最优解为𝑅𝑝。53.756.000. 另一方面,优化前公司的运输成本为𝑅𝑝。62.126.000. 这表明PT. Indah Bangunan Palu可以在2016年9月优化陶瓷配送的运输成本,节省成本𝑅𝑝。8.370.000或13%
