摘要

针对TC4合金零件线切割后尺寸误差难以控制的问题,提出了一种基于超声临界折射纵波法测量TC4合金导引头残余应力的方案。分别测量了线切割后的残余应力分布和应力释放后二次线切割的分布。结合三坐标测量误差,分析了不同残余应力分布下的变形规律。结果表明,通过减小线切割引入的残余拉应力幅值,可以控制导引头的变形误差。
