摘要

分析了传统气腿凿岩机润滑冷却机理的优缺点。为了解决传统结构的缺点和气水联动失效、冲锤的致命缺点,设计了一种新型气腿凿岩机的润滑冷却机构。防止了气动凿岩机在正常工作过程和末端的回填,整体上提高了气动凿岩机的使用寿命,并在客户现场进行了验证,取得了良好的效果。
