These professionals have the responsibility of providing an efficient and quality service to the foreign client, which demands the handling with the property of the English language. Thus, the proposal was conceived following the action research model, through direct intervention in the training environment of seventeen representative groups of apprentices, in seven regions of the country, in which the strategy of the new methodology was piloted and consolidated a training paradigm for the other programs attached to the sector, you had the opportunity to train apprentices with a level of English language proficiency.
