摘要

网络信息系统作战效能生成具有非线性、变权和多重反馈的特点,其内部结构反馈关系和运行机制也具有极强的重复性。基于系统动力学理论,构建了以反馈回路为核心要素的网络信息系统作战效能评估系统的动态模型。以边境联合反击作战为例,利用Vensim仿真平台对其作战效能、系统贡献率和系统灵敏度进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,系统动力学理论对探索网络信息系统的内部运行机制具有重要作用。
