摘要

本文探讨了在军改后战区作战模式和军械建设模式下,如何通过绩效保障、主二级承包商保障、本地化保障中心、军民融合等方式研究舰船故障预测与维修保障的现状,提出了军民融合背景下的舰船装备故障预测与健康管理模式。这种模式不仅可以使原有的军事维修保障单位在新的军事斗争中继续发挥原有的作用,还可以积极地将当地合格的外部力量引入到装备保障中,还可以鼓励承包商以保证性能为首要考虑因素,有效地促进舰艇装备的综合性能,从而提升服役的战斗力。
