摘要

本文旨在展示以分散方式执行智能电网监控的优势,而不是目前配电系统运营中心使用的集中策略。提出了基于嵌入式状态估计器(ESE)的分散体系结构,并与集中式体系结构进行了比较。比较是使用属于COPEL(巴西公用事业公司)的帕拉纳邦隆德里纳市的实际大型配电系统(DS)进行的。结果表明,使用ESE对LV网络中的SMs信息进行管理,大大减少了通信网络传输的数据量和对ds进行实时监控的计算需求。
