Based on 5G reference point architecture, this paper has proposed a heterogeneous wireless non-public network, and added I-SMF, I-UPF to ensure the continuity of network switching business sessions. This paper described session switching process and the deployment plan of a heterogeneous integrated network. In order to ensure transmission reliability, the end-to-end monitoring token bucket algorithm is used to monitor network performance. Once a fault is found, the switching action is executed immediately. And random backoff algorithm is adopted to avoid end-to-end switching conflicts. Finally, experimental simulation and field test results show that as the number of backoff increases, the handover success rate is closer to one.
