摘要

从线材电火花加工间隙中排除碎屑的传统方法是使用喷嘴进行射流冲洗,但传统方法总是在线材附近出现碎屑停滞区。本文在计算流体力学(CFD)仿真分析的基础上,提出了一种利用倾斜喷嘴沿运行方向冲刷的新方法,以减少切口内的碎屑滞留。仿真和实验结果表明,倾斜射流冲洗喷嘴可以减小切口内的碎屑滞留面积,使碎屑排出更加平滑,从而提高了去除率。在此基础上,利用CFD分析得到的射流射流流作用于线材表面的压力分布,进行结构分析,计算了由射流射流引起的线材水动力挠度。
