In what company should you map all your processes, identifying and eliminating steps that do not add value to the customer, making it the big focus. One of the main wastes is the unnecessary stock, which ends up causing great losses, as it implies maintenance and storage costs. As well as risk of deterioration losses or items become obsolete, and yet stocks do not guarantee good customer service. The methodology used was the bibliographical survey, questionnaire application, interview, direct observation and data collection through technical visits, developed on a case study basis, in addition to the analysis of the results.
