摘要
本研究的目的在于确定价格、服务品质与顾客满意度对PT. Astra International Daihatsu pondox Pinang分公司的影响。数据是通过分发给100名受访者的问卷收集的。使用统计分析描述和SPPS Software IBM Version 21对数据进行分析。得到的数据,结果(1)价格对顾客满意有显著的正向影响(2)服务质量对顾客满意有显著的正向影响(3)服务质量调节价格对顾客满意的影响。关键词:价格,服务质量,消费者满意度
