At the same time, we compared the histology of the regenerated nerve. We found that the recovered muscle's tetanic tension and twitch tension were very sensitive. The results of the electrophysiology correlated used with the results of histology. Electrophysiology studies of motor nerve function recovery after using "pre-degenerated" nerve graft-correlation with histology
