The analysis is carried out by relating the terminal currents and voltages, through the definition of switching functions of the power switches responsible for the ZVS action an equivalent DC circuit model is generated from these relationships. This model is simple and accurate, and can be used to analyze the DC characteristics of the three basic topologies using ZVS-RT: buck, boost, and buck-boost.
