Al-Imam Al-Qurtubi’s preferences in his book Al-Mufhim for what is problematic in summarizing Muslim’s book of Qasama - A Rhetorical Study-

The third section of establishing retribution By Qasama, it showed the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, and discussed them The most correct opinion. The most correct one is according to the strength of the evidence, and then the study is concluded by a conclusion and references.
