摘要

背景减法是检测运动目标的重要方法,有效的背景重建是背景减法的关键。基于图像序列中出现频率较高的像素平均值就是背景点的思想,像素强度分类算法能够准确地重建背景。本文提出了一种新的基于PIC算法的背景估计方法。通过对所选图像序列的像素进行归一化、定量统计、量化范围扩展来重建背景。基于改进的PIC算法重构的背景,我们构建了一个基于OpenCV的运动目标检测系统。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法能够快速重建背景图像,并能成功地从视频序列中提取出运动目标。
