It is significant to research the process layer's reliability under different network structures of relay protection system for the network structure selection of process layer and engineering application. Based on the digitized substation relay protection system structure characteristic, this paper puts forward a reliability analysis method for protection system. The protection system is divided into sampling subsystem and trip subsystem and their fault tree models are established respectively. The method comprehensively considers the equipment failure and repair process and makes use of the fault tree and Monte Carlo simulation to solve the reliability of protection system. Finally, the proposed method is used to evaluate the reliability of the protection system with different network structures. 摘要

智能变电站分层过程中存在多种形式的网络结构。研究继电保护系统不同网络结构下过程层的可靠性对过程层网络结构的选择和工程应用具有重要意义。根据数字化变电站继电保护系统的结构特点,提出了一种继电保护系统的可靠性分析方法。将保护系统分为采样子系统和跳闸子系统,分别建立了故障树模型。该方法综合考虑了设备的故障和维修过程,利用故障树和蒙特卡罗仿真来解决保护系统的可靠性问题。最后,将该方法应用于不同网络结构下保护系统的可靠性评估。通过对部件概率重要性的分析,给出了影响保护系统可靠性的主要因素。
