Reduced power Subframe (RPSF) improves the performance of macrocell as compare to ABS. RPSF density becomes very important parameter as it partitions time resources. To fairly allocate the resources an appropriate RPSF density should be used. Therefore in this paper dynamic density of RPSFs is used and allocated. Per user spectral efficiency is calculated for each type of user. The proportional fairness among users is also calculated after optimization of important parameters like scheduling threshold, power reduction factor and range expansion bias.
