From various aspects assessed, innovation is one of the main indicators set by KIP. This study aimed to describe PPID website development and innovation and its benefits for UM as public bodies and users of UM's information and documentation services. This research was approached quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively, this research used the R&D method to develop and innovate the PPID website to make it more effective and efficient. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach was used to uncover and describe the phenomenon of a leadership intervention on the PPID website benefits.
