摘要

在对高新技术企业创新能力概念界定和评价指标体系设计原则的基础上，结合石家庄市近年来高新技术企业创新能力的实际情况，建立了石家庄市高新技术企业创新能力评价指标体系，并运用灰色关联法对石家庄市高新技术企业技术创新能力进行了评价。对2013 - 2017年在石家庄市注册的高新技术企业创新能力进行综合统计和分析，找出石家庄市高新技术企业创新能力的优劣势，并提出相应的建议。
