When choosing some precision moving parts, it is necessary to master and verify the performance of the product. Therefore, this paper provides a technical scheme for obtaining the running trajectory of high-precision moving parts and verifying their running accuracy. Includes how to use coordinate measuring machine(CMM) to transform the dynamic trajectory into static data, while ensuring the consistency of the measured data. The full-stroke runout trajectory of the moving parts was obtained by fitting the curve and evaluating the coplanarity. 摘要

随着航天技术的不断发展,新一代空间遥感器的结构越来越复杂,对其机动性和安全可靠性的要求也越来越高。在选择一些精密运动部件时,有必要对产品的性能进行掌握和验证。因此,本文提供了一种获取高精度运动部件运行轨迹并验证其运行精度的技术方案。包括如何使用三坐标测量机(CMM)将动态轨迹转换为静态数据,同时保证测量数据的一致性。通过拟合曲线和求共平面性,得到运动部件的全行程跳动轨迹。实践结果表明,该方法可以为设计人员提供准确的参考数据,指导精密运动单元的匹配和精密部件的装配。
