The author tested the daylighting of the teaching building of Shihezi University and found that the daylighting coefficient of the teaching building can not meet the standard requirements, and the lighting distribution in the teaching space is uneven. The author uses the grasshopper platform and the octopus plug-in of genetic algorithm to carry out multi-objective optimization. The shape of the outer window and the high window close to the corridor wall are taken as variables, and the optimization is carried out with the goal of the maximum daylighting coefficient and the minimum uniformity of indoor daylighting distribution.
