摘要

现有的视频监控技术只能生成固定质量和大小的视频流,而视频监控用户期望的是为每个用户设备提供动态大小调整视频流的高效服务。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于H.264/SVC和用户域的监控系统安全服务机制。它可以帮助用户在属于单个所有者的设备内自由安全地监控ip摄像机。它还能自适应地为不同显示尺寸和不同计算能力的设备提供流数据。
