The model is based on the radiation transfer equation and the heat equation. An algorithm for solving the problem, based on the use of a diffusion approximation with the release of the ballistic component of the radiation flux, was implemented. A numerical analysis of radiation and thermal processes occured under laser irradiation of biological tissue containing a tumor filled with a colloidal solution of gold nanoparticles was carried out.
