本文从“绿色税制”的来源出发，根据“绿色税制”的相关概念和理论，分析了中国“绿色税制”的发展和现状，发现了中国“绿色税制”存在的问题。指出中国应扩大征税范围，采用“互联网+税收”的方式，培养纳税人的绿色意识。希望所有这些措施都将有助于税收征管。关键词:绿色税收制度;税收制度;生态效益
