摘要

理想喷油量对改善柴油机燃烧过程和性能有较大的影响。为了实现理想的启动式燃油喷射速率,本文建立了柴油喷射系统电控喷油器的数学模型,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行了仿真研究,得到了理想的启动式燃油喷射速率。同时,分析了喷油器主要结构参数对燃油喷射规律的影响,分析了喷油器一些重要结构参数的影响。结果表明,柱塞最大扬程和速度、针预扬程、控制活塞直径、启动式阀的泄液面积和外径等主要参数对喷射速率有影响。研究结果为柴油机喷射系统的研究和设计提供了参考。
