The target population in this study was 182 teachers, while the affordable population was 170 teachers and the research sample was 125 teachers. The research sample was determined by random sampling. 摘要

本研究旨在确定外生变量,即校长远见领导和教师工作纪律对内生性变量,即雅加达中部Tsanawiyah Madrasah教师成就动机的影响。本研究采用因果调查和通径分析方法。本研究的目标人群为182名教师,可负担人群为170名教师,研究样本为125名教师。研究样本采用随机抽样确定。结果显示:(1)校长远见卓识领导对雅加达札那维耶学校教师成就动机有直接的正向正向影响;(2)雅加达中部札那维耶学校教师工作纪律对教师成就动机有直接的正向影响;(3)札那维耶学校校长远见卓识领导对教师工作纪律有直接的正向正向影响结构方程1的决定系数为0.968,结构2的决定系数为0.959。
