First of all, the spectral characteristics of reflected signals are investigated. The values of the electrophysical parameters of the studied structures are chosen on the basis of the practical problem of nondestructive testing of road pavements and building constructions. The GeoVizy software is used for computing experiments. Obtained results allow to optimize GPR pulse parameters.
