The relationship between the parameters of regulation of the electric drive and the precision indicators of the production process is established. The established relationship between the regulation indicators and the parameters of the technological process can be successfully used in the choice of the structure of the electric drive, as well as in the choice of parameters and structures of corrective bonds. The proposed technique has been successfully applied to the cold rolling mill of pipes when choosing the control system and the control structures for the electric drive of the cold rolling mill. In particular, the use of the subordinated regulatory structure was justified, as it is easier to set up and maintain in comparison with modal regulators.
