Mindfulness has been found to be one of the essential attributes that can increase leadership effectiveness manifold. Keeping this in view many companies are promoting mindfulness practices to improve the health and decision making of their leaders. In this study, the authors develop a framework of effective leadership through a blend of mindfulness and attributes of authentic and servant leadership. In-depth theoretical reflections from various articles, researches are presented in the paper to suggest the framework.
