It is offered the method of measurement of the optical power, which takes into account the form of spectral sensitivity of a semiconductor photodetector in a range of work of infrared semiconductor lasers. Theoretical and experimental results of studying the dependence of measured optical power from wavelength of radiation of laser sources are described.
