摘要

本研究旨在找出Jalak Kargo logistics进出口公司PT. Jalak Kargo logistics的族群和语言障碍。本研究的重点是种族和文化多样性对公司沟通有效性的影响。因此,有必要运用Wiggin的跨文化交际理论、Mitra的跨文化交际理论、Bowen的语言障碍理论、Haninggan的文化适应工作场所理论、shaa Poplack的语码转换理论、Holmes的语码混合理论等进行研究。研究结果表明,在跨文化交际中使用语码转换和语码混合来解决语言障碍,有效地缩小了工作场所中个体之间的文化差距
