Study on the guidance mechanism of network public opinion in public health emergencies based on public satisfaction survey

In recent years, public health emergencies have occurred frequently, and new health emergencies such as Changchun Changsheng vaccine incidents have emerged, which has caused the network public opinion’s subjects weren’t just the government, the public and the media. As the source of the events, enterprises have a certain impact on the network public opinion. Based on the public satisfaction survey of network public opinion’s guidance mechanism of public health emergencies, this study uses SPSS analysis data. According to the results, there are two suggestions for establishing the synergy mechanism between enterprises and the government.
