HT end users in Power Distribution System generally involves load having nonlinear characteristics. Most of harmonics are introduced in power distribution system due to load characteristics. Being viruses, harmonics causes pollution in power system, therefore same has to limit to the safe value. This paper presents harmonics measurement at HT end users in power distribution system and verification and comparison with the harmonics limits recommended by IEEE 519-1992.
