E-commerce enterprises have been rising and becoming very successful in China in recent years. As an e-commerce platform established in 2015 and going public in 2018, Pinduoduo has become one of the three biggest e-commerce in China in a short period of time. This attracts many people’s attention, which drives people to explore the reason behind it. SWOT analysis is a model that enables us to analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an enterprise.
