Four points were analyzed in the lower third of the river and it was figured out with low quality status of the river and with environmental degradation. 摘要

制定有效监测河流水质的协议对城市规划极为重要。本文介绍了快速城市河流评估方案(RUAP)及其在巴西帕拉纳州库里蒂巴大都市区(RMC)公共供水区域Palmital河的应用结果。对黄河下游三分之一的4个点进行了分析,指出黄河下游水质状况较差,环境恶化。经证明,该方案是监测河流环境的一种简单和易于使用的工具,可由环境机构使用,也可用于对人口的正式和非正式教育,支持民众参与涉及城市规划的决策。
