The production was composed of the power module and the RF amplifier module. The SSPA possesses good performance of high output power 41.97dBm, wide bandwidth 15MHz, high gain stability 0.22dB, flat group delay 2.5ns and flat amplitude and phase modulation 1.55°/dB. The SSPA was fabricated in a single package occupying area of 144.5mm×100mm×33mm. The weight of the SSPA is merely 780g which is advantageous in small aircraft application.
