Compliance of problem & modification analysis phase of ISO/IEC 14764: An industrial survey
Software maintenance is the sub area of software engineering which captured less focus as compared to the software development activities. Software development organizations spend major part of their budget on these maintenance activities. In this perspective, we conducted an industrial survey of three software development and maintenance organizations to analyze the compliance of software maintenance standard practices in industry. In this study, we focused on problem and modification analysis phase of ISO/IEC 14764 software maintenance model.
