摘要

针对煅烧炉内燃烧与分解的耦合过程,采用多相物质输运法对复杂的物理化学过程进行模拟。采用缩核反应模型,采用欧拉-欧拉方法对粗粉颗粒相进行了研究。通过求解不同相间的物质输运方程和流体动力学方程,模拟了煅烧炉内部的耦合过程。最后通过仿真数据与生产线试验数据的比较,得出了较好的一致性,并通过对仿真结果的分析,提出了一些优化分解炉流场的方案。
