Measurement assurance as two state special measurement standards of unit of inductivity E', initial means of measurement tg/spl delta/ and standard samples of relative inductivity (SS RI), spreading on this part of the frequency band were designed. Needs of science and production require necessity of frequency band extension up to 10/sup -3/-10/sup -5/ Hz towards infra-low frequencies and area of a very high frequency of range up to frequencies about 70-100 GHz.
