The study design using a design development of Thiagarajan in Trianto in using 4D development models consists of four main stages, namely, Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The study concluded that productbased learning module developed after several stages have been declared valid, practical and effective and can increase the activity and student learning outcomes at the course gastronomic practice.
