Under on this background, in order to make a deep discussion on control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformer, in this paper, the working principle of capacity regulating transformer is expounded and the connection modes of capacity regulating transformer are given. Then from three aspects of intelligence, progressiveness and practicability, the control strategy of on-load capacity regulating transformers is discussed deeply, which concludes capacity conversion control, expert system function and prevention of disoperation, among them, many viewpoints are from the author's working practice in energy-saving equipment and smart device's application and management, thus has certain reference and significance. The load value calculation was given in this paper and the operation loss curve of S13-M.ZT-200(63) under large and small capacity situation was shown as well.
