This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used include: observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was checked using the source triangulation technique. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)确定村长在培养年轻一代中的人际沟通模式;2)找出村长在培养年轻一代中的人际沟通形式;3)确定人际沟通对萨克塔铁木尔区达玛库宁安县村长在培养年轻一代中的影响。本研究采用个案研究的定性方法。使用的数据收集技术包括:观察、深度访谈和文献研究。本研究使用的数据分析技术是一种定性描述分析技术。同时,利用源三角剖分技术对数据的有效性进行了检验。研究结果表明:1)东萨克尔塔村村长与青年在正式和非正式活动中的互动采用了村长培养年轻一代的人际交往模型,即线性模型、互动模型和交易模型。2)村长在培养年轻一代的人际交往形式中,并没有脱离年轻人日常经常使用的人际交往形式,包括第一种通过交谈、对话和分享的人际交往形式。3)村长人际交往在培养年轻一代中的作用是表达对他人的关心,发现自己,发现外部世界,建立和维持和谐的关系,影响态度和行为。
