This research is a type of Classroom Action Research  using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects used in this study consisted of teachers and 32 students in class IV SDN 09 Bandar Buat, Padang City. 摘要

本研究旨在利用合作学习模式,说明小学四班学生团队成就分工在主题学习成果上的提升。本研究是一种运用定量和定性方法的课堂行动研究。本研究的研究对象为巴东市班达分校SDN 09班的教师和32名学生。根据已经开展的研究,发现学生的学习成果有所增加,其中:(a)在第一个周期中,发现教师方面和学生方面的平均执行率为82%,类别良好,然后在第二个周期中,平均执行率增加到96%,类别非常好;(b)第一个周期的态度评估结果为态度的好类别,第二个周期的态度评估结果为态度的很好类别;(c)第一个周期的知识方面的评估值为69.7(良好),然后在第二个周期增加到87.5(非常好);(d)在第一阶段对技能各方面的评估得分为69.9分(良好),然后在第二阶段增加到87分(非常好)。
