Clinical examination was made to all patients by measuring of primary stability at time of implant placement and 6 months after implant placement as a secondary stability by ossttel device, Preoperative and after 6 months postoperatively cone beam CT for every patient to determine bone density between bony walls and implant surfaces. Data were collected, revised, coded and entered to the Statistical Package for Social Science (IBM SPSS) version 23. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在评价使用浓缩生长因子膜(CGF)膜混合浓缩生长因子(CGF)黏性骨直接种植与在下颌磨牙区不添加任何黏性骨直接种植的效果。对象和方法:12例患者平均分为两组,共植入12个固定体。患者选自爱资哈尔大学(开罗,男孩)开罗口腔医学院口腔颌面外科门诊的患者。对所有患者进行临床检查,通过ossttel装置测量种植体放置时的初级稳定性和种植体放置6个月后的二级稳定性,术前和术后6个月对每位患者进行锥形束CT检查,以确定骨壁和种植体表面之间的骨密度。数据收集、修订、编码并输入社会科学统计软件包(IBM SPSS)第23版。结果:经6个月随访,种植体周围有CGF黏性骨的种植体中、远侧即刻种植体的平均嵴骨吸收值分别为0.09±0.03mm和0.43±0.23mm,与未添加CGF黏性骨的即刻种植体的平均嵴骨吸收值分别为0.33±0.14mm和1.56±0.77mm,差异有统计学意义。结论:即刻植入CGF膜/ CGF黏性骨6个月后,二级稳定性明显提高。
